Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care in the Cath Lab setting, managing acute and chronic conditions.
- Operate and monitor equipment used in cardiac procedures, providing data to the interdisciplinary team.
- Perform duties in circulator and monitor positions during procedures.
- Participate in on-call shifts for emergency procedures, including STEMI cases.
- Support radiology interventional procedures as needed, maintaining strict adherence to procedural protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure, with a valid Florida state license preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab RN experience required.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required.
- NIHSS certification required to ensure quality in stroke management.
- Ability to adapt to various work environments and manage high-stress situations efficiently.
- Commitment to securing housing within 50 miles of the facility prior to acceptance.
