LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Mountain View, California.
Job Description & Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Oncology RN experience
- Recent Ambulatory/Outpatient Oncology experience required
- Experience administering chemotherapy and biotherapy
- Experience with oncology patient assessment, symptom management, and patient education
- Proficient with EMR/EHR systems
- Strong IV skills and central line care preferred
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Certificate – Required (or as required by the facility)
- ONCC Certification (OCN) – Preferred
License:
- Active California RN License – Required
Schedule:
- 8-hour Day Shifts
- 40 hours/week
On-Call:
Weekend Requirement:
- May be required based on department needs (verify with the facility)
Facility Experience:
- Recent experience in an Ambulatory/Outpatient Oncology Clinic preferred
- Experience with chemotherapy infusion centers highly preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Chemotherapy administration
- Patient and family education
- Symptom and pain management
- Infusion therapy
- Central venous access device (CVAD) care
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork
