Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) position available in Lima, Ohio. This role involves providing high-quality care to obstetric patients, including functioning as a first assist and scrub for obstetric procedures. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with non-licensed staff as needed. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility regarding work schedule changes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shift
- Required Qualifications: Valid Ohio or Ohio Compact Registered Nurse license; active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS); active American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification; 2+ years of obstetrics (OBGYN) experience; completion of at least one travel assignment; ability to function as a first assist and scrub in obstetric procedures; work history skills checklist current within one year pertinent to the specialty; ability to work varied shifts, including days or nights; minimum of 36 hours per week starting on 08/03/2026.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Labor and Delivery Department operations, including surgical assistance.
- Additional Information: Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes. Submissions are preferred from candidates able to do varied shifts, but applications for days or nights only will also be considered.
