Multiple unit openings (Neuro, Heart & Lung, General)
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Cerner Charting
Skills required (for various units):
O Bipap, High flow oxygen requirements, trach care, chest tube management, PIV starts, wound/skin care, blood product administration, cardiac monitor/telemetry, central line care.
OR
O CHF, strict I&Os, SVT, a-fib, a-flutter, NSTEMI, coronary artery disease, COPD exacerbations, cystic fibrosis, pneumonia, pleural effusions w/ thoras, respiratory failure, acute and chronic kidney failure, altered mental status, metabolic/electrolyte abnormalities, DM, anemia.
OR
O General nursing skills, continual bipap, VADs, heart and lung transplants, trachs, chest tubes, PIV starts.
OR
Stroke, neuro, ICH, neurosurgery overflow, 24-hour post TPA, mech thrombectomy post 24-hour, NIH Q4h,
