Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse in McKinney, Texas. This position involves working in a high-volume, 37-bed emergency department with Level 2 trauma designation. The role requires providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals, and managing a diverse range of emergency cases with efficiency and compassion.

- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications; minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience; Meditech electronic medical record experience; candidates with high energy, self-motivated, and amicable personality preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE monitors and high-caliber patient care skills.
- Unit Information:
- Beds: 37 beds, Level 2 Trauma
- Staff: 73 FTEs including charge nurses, RNs, techs, and paramedics
- Patient Ratios: 1:4 in zone
- Equipment: GE monitors
- EMR System: Meditech
- Additional Information:
- Candidate must be willing to occasionally work varying day to mid-shift hours (e.g., 6a, 9a, 10a, 11a).
- No call requirement, but four weekend shifts in four weeks.
- Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs.
- Unit policies and guidelines can be provided upon request.
