Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN in the PCU/IMC/Stepdown unit to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in PCU/IMC/Stepdown units.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage titratable drips including heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess and document patient conditions, responding to changes appropriately.
- Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing professional development.
- Comply with hospital and unit policies, including float pool assignments across multiple campuses.
Qualifications
- Current RN license with eligibility for submission
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a PCU setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Ability to pass dysrhythmia exam prior to contract signing
- Experience with titrating various drips including Heparin and Dopamine
- Strong skills in managing complex patient conditions in acute care settings
