Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a travel contract with Epic EMR experience required, open to first-time travelers, with RCIS or ARRT certification accepted.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab setting with 4 procedure rooms
- Daily caseload of 12–15 cases across the unit
- Work alongside a team of 20 physicians
- Epic EMR required
- Preferred equipment: GE Innova
- Preferred monitoring/recording systems: Maclab and Xper
- 5x8 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Call required one night per week and one weekend per month
- 13 or 26 week contracts available
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience
- ACLS, BLS, and either ARRT (R) or RCIS certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Valid LA license required if applicable
- Must provide a supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- Any employment gaps of more than 30 days must be listed and explained
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year to be eligible
- RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract
- Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates
