Emergency Room RN
Shift: 12-hour nights, 36 hours/week
Weekends: Every other weekend
Unit: 32-bed ER with Fast Track
Ratios: 1:4 main ER; up to 1:6 Fast Track
EMR: EPIC
Required: BLS, ACLS, and 2+ years ER experience
Preferred: PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
Skills: Telemetry interpretation, typical ER cases, respiratory failure, chest pain, abdominal pain, and pediatric patients
Float: No floating outside ED
