Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certifications, relevant education, and licensure as an HCP (Health Care Professional) with at least 3 years of experience, including Epic electronic health record experience, and ability to work every other weekend and Holiday.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ICU environments and additional certifications related to critical care nursing.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The role involves providing bedside patient care within a 16-bed ICU and intermediate care unit, with an average daily census of 81 patients. The unit maintains a 1:2 ratio for ICU and 1:3 for IMC. Candidates must be adaptable to the unit's environment and capable of managing critical cases.
