Job Summary:
A CT Technologist located in Wisconsin is sought to join a healthcare facility's diagnostic imaging team. This role involves performing a full range of computed tomography (CT) scans for patients across all age groups, including trauma situations and specialized imaging such as strokes. The position offers a flexible schedule with rotations that may include 12-hour, 10-hour, or 7-on/7-off shifts, sometimes working alone during nights and weekends. Candidates must be adaptable to varying shift hours and operational requirements.
Job Details:
- Location: Wisconsin, United States
- Schedule: 10-hour evening shifts, Wed to Tues, with a 40-hour guarantee per week and a 30-hour guarantee in a two-week period
- Required Qualifications: Certified Radiologic Technologist with ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) certification, current BLS (AHA) certification, and a minimum of 2 years of CT experience in a level 2 or higher trauma center. Experience with IV placement strongly preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Siemens and Toshiba 300+ slices CT equipment; familiarity with Cerner Electronic Medical Records and Siemens/SECTRA Picture Archiving and Communication System; prior work in a trauma setting; flexible with first-time travelers and duos/pairs working.
- Float: Float rotation may be required to cover acute care, urgent care, ER, and outpatient areas.
- Additional Information: Up to one week of department-specific orientation including CBTs, computer access, organization checklists, and on-the-floor training with supervision. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility. Scrubs are not provided; no assigned scrub color. Shift rotations may include nights alone, weekend, and holiday shifts depending on schedule and department needs.
