Call Requirement
- Call rotation every 6–7 weeks.
- One week of night call from 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM, including that weekend.
- No night home visits are made from this office.
Patient Load
- Approximately 5–6 patients per day.
- Branch census of approximately 100 patients.
Documentation
Required Experience
Nursing:
- Home Health experience (Required)
- Hospice experience (Required)
Therapy:
- Home Health experience (Required)
Scheduling
Floating
- Home Health patient visits within the service area.
Dress Code
Nursing:
- Navy Blue or Navy/White scrubs

- Reliable vehicle required for patient visits.
