Care Career is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.
Job Description & Requirements

Position Details:
- Status: Extension Offer Out – Do Not Submit Candidates
- 3 × 12-hour Day Shifts
- 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Requirements:
- Permanent Ohio RN License or Compact License in hand at submission
- 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applying for
- One recent manager/supervisor/director reference (within the last 12 months)
- Active certifications in hand at submission
- Standard Qualivis Cover Sheet required
- All RTO must be included at submission and discussed during interview
- Only one Cleveland Clinic position may be submitted at a time
Required Experience:
- Minimum 18 months permanent experience in the specialty
- Community hospital experience preferred
Required Certifications:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialty nursing care according to unit standards
- Monitor and assess patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Follow Cleveland Clinic policies and patient safety standards
