Job Details
- Location: Avondale, Arizona
- Schedule: M-F, with variable shifts throughout the week; open hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with shifts structured as 5x8s or 4x10s. The first patient starts at 7:00 am and the last begins at 6:00 pm from Monday to Thursday, and on Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm.

- Required Qualifications: Outpatient physical therapy experience, minimum of 1+ years, with a focus on general orthopedic and post-operative cases. Candidate must be a licensed or eligible to be licensed Physical Therapist.
- Schedule Details: Monday through Friday with variable shifts within clinic hours, supporting a dynamic work environment.
- Documentation System: NextGen electronic documentation system.
- Staff Support in Clinic: Includes 1 PT, 1 PTA, rehab aides, and front desk staff.
- Float: Float rotation may not be required.
- Additional Information: The environment is high-volume and steady-paced with a friendly, upbeat staff. The technology tool used by clinicians is a purpose-built AI documentation scribe that assists with real-time clinical documentation, allowing clinicians to focus more on patient care.
