The Opportunity
The incoming associate will work closely with the current provider, gaining independence over time and ultimately stepping into aprimary clinical role.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Build strong patient relationships from an existing base
- Grow intoindependent clinical leadership
- Develop skills across a broad scope of dentistr
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Perform procedures includingendo, extractions, and sleep-related treatments
- Utilize advanced digital tools for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Collaborate with the lead provider on patient care and mentorship
- Contribute to patient growth and long-term practice success
Who You Are
- DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
- 2–3 years of experience preferred
- Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
- Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship
- Growth-minded and interested in long-term opportunity
Schedule
- 3–4 days per week to start (Monday–Thursday)
- Opportunity to expand schedule as the practice grows
