Job Details

- Shift: 3X12 Days (700 to 1930)
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: BSN or MSN, CA RNS, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications; 2 years of Level IV NICU experience; ability to complete nursing physical assessments; expertise in caring for patients under 12 years with complex medical needs; ability to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans; experience in patient education; ability to delegate tasks effectively; knowledge for clinical and patient care education; ability to work in a team environment.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Ability to care for patients with CVCs, vents, drips, trachs, GTs, and pre-/post-operative cardiac and surgical cases. Must demonstrate confidence and competence in managing complex neonatal cases and operating specialized equipment.
