Job Details:
- Position Description: The PCU / Stepdown Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and supports the Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining nursing standards.
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 1 year of experience, valid nursing license, and applicable healthcare provider credentials.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, care planning, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols on a progressive care unit.
