Long Term Care (LTC) Telemetry Registered Nurse position available in the area. This role involves providing patient care in a LTAC/Telemetry setting, utilizing critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership skills in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The position requires delivering safe, effective care through clinical competency and supervision of staff.
Job Details
- Position Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Certifications required: ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
- Required Qualifications: Licensure in Indiana or a multi-state compact RN license; vent/trach experience; two to five years of recent Telemetry or Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) experience in a hospital setting; ACLS and BLS certifications; 2 years of recent Tele/LTAC experience; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week; at least 2 years of experience in the specialty.
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates must use the specified submission template with all attachments, including SSN & DOB, RTR, and vendor submittal packet. Candidates should inform if they have requested time off within the past three months and provide available interview times within the next 72 hours.
