Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Bachelor's in Nursing preferred
Active California RN license required
2 years of recent relevant experience required
Experience in Case Management / Utilization Review
Knowledge of levels of care and observation status
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems preferred
Knowledge of CMS, Title 22, CDPH, TJC, and other applicable regulations
Knowledge of post-acute levels of care preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with patients, families, physicians, nurses, payers, and other healthcare professionals
