Experience & Qualifications
- License & Certifications: Active RN license and required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
- Radius & Affiliation Rules: Strict 50-mile radius rule (driver's license required at submittal to verify). Candidates cannot have been full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past year.
Clinical & Unit Overview
- Unit Details: 22-bed fast-paced stepdown unit with many admits and discharges.
- Patient Ratios: 1:4 (RN to patient ratio); CNA support at 1:10.
- Titratable Drips: RNs are required to titrate drips including Cardizem, amiodarone, and nitro.
- Floating Requirements: Will float to ICU if appropriate and experienced.
