Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Dillon, South Carolina - Low Volume, Block Coverage
Cover multi-day OB hospitalist blocks with a light inpatient census and typically only 2-4 hours of onsite patient care each day.
Highlights
- Average inpatient census of 1-3 patients
- Typically 2-4 hours onsite per day
- Circumcisions not required
Practice & Cases
- Inpatient OB and GYN coverage for patients ages 15-70
- Approximately 1-3 deliveries and 2-4 NST or observation patients daily
- Vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Emergency department OB and GYN consults as needed
Schedule
- 24-hour pager call coverage
- Multi-day coverage blocks
- Daily inpatient rounding, including weekends
- 30-minute call response requirement
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
- Active South Carolina medical license required
- DEA required

- Airfare and lodging provided
- Rental car and mileage provided
