- Mon - Fri, 8 am - 5 pm
- 2 - 4 patients per hour -- walk-ins accepted and expected
- Primary care family medicine clinic
- All-ages practice -- pediatrics through geriatrics (no infants)
- Experience in family medicine required -- new grad PAs considered
- Skills: wellness exams, chronic care, women's health, IUDs, ADHD
- Hospital privileges required
- Mental health visits not assigned to this provider
