Registered Nurse - MedSurg/Tele | Travel | Shelby, NC
Assignment Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in the MedSurg/Tele specialty for a travel assignment in a 241-bed facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of relevant experience and be comfortable working with a range of patient diagnoses such as stroke and respiratory illnesses. The care setting requires adaptability to varying patient ratios and a collaborative approach to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care for diagnoses such as stroke, respiratory illnesses, and renal failure
- Perform cardiac rhythm interpretation and manage non-titrating cardiac drips
- Conduct wound care and manage drains/tubes
- Start peripheral IVs and manage central lines
Qualifications
Required:
- 18 months Med/Tele RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Basic Med/Tele skillset
