Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) Marquette, Michigan. This full-time position involves providing high-quality medical surgical care on a busy 225-bed specialty hospital's medical/surgical unit. The role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, serving adult and geriatric patient populations.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 09/08/2026 to 12/08/2026
- Required Qualifications: Active Michigan registered nursing license, Bachelors degree preferred, at least 2 years of experience in medical/surgical nursing, proficiency with telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pump, bladder scanner, and Dynamaps, and current ACLS certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience on a medical/surgical unit, strong critical thinking skills, and decisive judgment.
- Additional Information: Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision, handle stressful environments, and maintain professional conduct. Dress code requires navy or galaxy blue scrubs, with adherence to hygiene and appearance standards. Occasional float to similar units may be required.

- Additional Notes: The position is a contractor replacement, requiring punctual attendance and adherence to agency and hospital standards.
