Level III Trauma CenterBeds: 375 Licensed BedsBeds: 46 (5 Safe Psych rooms; Fast Track is 4 hallway and 1 room)Avg 200 patients per day.Experience: 2 years of ED experienceFirst-time traveler: YesPatient Types:Patient types from peds to geriatrics: Trauma, GSW, sepsis, COVID, STEMI (large amount), Stroke, DKA, mental health, respiratory issues, geriatric, Adult Psych, Stroke (TNK), high acuity medicalHigh geriatric population (falls, STEMI)Does not do any invasive neuro - no craniotomiesSmall amount of pediatrics. Generally transfer to Mary BridgePatient Ratios:Day - 1:4-5 (ability to flex to 5 based on acuity and staffing)Required Certifications:BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, CPI/MOABSkills Required:General ED experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation, IV skills, and basic ED knowledge of drips and med administrationProcedural sedation, blood administration, TNK administration (preferred), cardiac medications
