- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, 8-hour shifts
- Minimum 18 patients per day
- Outpatient FQHC/rural health setting
- Mixed pediatric and adult patient population
- Chronic pain management experience required
- 3+ years experience in primary care (FP/UC) required
- Ongoing assignment -- ASAP start
