Opportunity Details
Medicus has partnered with a hospital 30 minutes south of Jacksonville, Florida, that has an opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to provide locum tenens coverage.
Opportunity Details:
- Schedule: 24-hour call
- Patient Volume: 30 per day
- Patient Population: Adults
- Duties: Emergency call coverage, inpatient and emergency department consultations, and operative coverage
- Required Procedures: CABG, valve repair/replacement, thoracic procedures, lung resections and emergency cardiac procedures, and management of thoracic trauma
- EMR: MediTech, Patient Keeper, eCW
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Additional Certification: DEA
- Paid travel & expenses
