Weekly Gross: $1,800/week (All-Inclusive)
Taxable/W2 Rate: $15.38/hr
Weekly Stipend: $1,246/week ($34.61/hr)
Total Compensation: $50/hr
Overtime Rate: $60/hr after 40 hours

Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical to provide skilled nursing care in an Acute Neuro Unit in Cumming, Georgia.
The RN will provide patient-centered care while monitoring patients with neurological and medical conditions. The position requires recent specialty experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patient conditions.
Provide safe and effective nursing care to medical-surgical and neurological patients.
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing standards.
Monitor patients for changes in neurological and overall clinical status.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
Provide patient and family education as appropriate.
Follow patient safety, infection control, and facility standards.
Support quality patient care within the acute neuro setting.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the specialty — Required
AHA BLS certification — Required
NIH certification — Required
AHA ACLS certification — Preferred
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively in an acute care environment

Unit: 612F Acute Neuro Unit
Specialty: Medical/Surgical – Acute Neurology
Focus on patients requiring acute neurological and medical nursing care.
