About the Position

We are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a 7-day assignment in Texas, commencing Oct 31, 2026. The client is a Level IV Trauma Center where you will work 12-hour shifts (7-7). You will be responsible for managing emergency codes, performing all lifesaving procedures including intubation and ventilation management, conducting H&P, and caring for a diverse patient demographic.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate within a Trauma Center environment
- Perform all lifesaving procedures
- Execute intubation procedures
- Perform extubation procedures
- Manage ventilation
- Conduct History and Physical (H&P) examinations
- Respond to and manage emergency codes
Additional Information
- Board Certification in Family Medicine is required
- EMR utilized is T-System
- This facility is a Trauma Center with ER beds
- Patient demographic consists of 20% Trauma, 30% Pediatric, and 25% Geriatric cases
- Staffing mix includes 2 Family Practice physicians, 1 Pediatrician, and 4 Family Nurse Practitioners
