At least 1-2 years of recent ICU or cardiovascular ICU experience is required, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred.Recommended skills include proficiency in managing cardiac emergencies, strong critical thinking, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
