Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New York
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Telemetry experience required
- At least 1 year of recent CVICU, cardiac care, or PACU experience required
- Cath lab experience strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-acuity procedural environment
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in pre-procedure, post-procedure, and PACU recovery areas
- Support patients throughout cardiac catheterization and related cardiovascular procedures
- Monitor patients with cardiac and vascular conditions and respond to changing clinical needs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow
- Deliver skilled acute and non-acute nursing care in a procedural setting
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold best-practice standards
