Job Summary
Dietitian, Specialty: Dietitian, Location: Not specified. This position involves providing nutritional care to adult outpatient and clinic patients within a Level II Trauma center. The role requires experience with enteral nutrition, total parenteral nutrition, and conducting nutrition assessments, with a focus on supporting clinical nutritional needs.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: RD/RDN certification and Illinois state license are required; minimum 1 year of experience in adult outpatient/clinic settings with specific experience in enteral nutrition, TPN, nutrition assessments, and refeeding syndrome.
- Schedule: 5x8 Days shift, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Participate in a weekend rotation (no more than 1 every 4 weekends). Provide clinical nutrition assessments, re-evaluations, and support for adult outpatient/clinic patients, including managing enteral nutrition and TPN.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult outpatient/clinic settings, adult nutrition-focused physical exams, and refeeding syndrome management.
- Submission Requirements: Candidate must be pre-closed at the time of submission, with active Illinois license, SSN, and DOB provided. References may be pending, and background checks must be disclosed for approval.
