Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NICU experience for a night shift travel assignment at a regional medical center.
Details
- Work in the Respiratory Therapy department of a 140-bed hospital
- Care for adult and NICU patient populations
- Use equipment including Hamilton C1, V60, and Hamilton MR1 ventilators
- Perform CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, and Bubble CPAP therapies
- Utilize Meditech documentation system
- Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week including every other weekend
Requirements
- Active RRT license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of general Respiratory Therapy experience
- At least 3 years of NICU skills required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- NRP certification preferred but can be obtained after hire
- Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
- No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Provide respiratory care services across adult and neonatal patient populations
- Required uniform consists of all black scrubs
