Description
American Traveler seeks an Inpatient Speech-Language Pathologist with a TX SLP license and at least 1 year of experience for a rehabilitation hospital setting.
Details
- Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
- 5x8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Requires 1 weekend of coverage per month
Requirements
- Valid Texas SLP license required (or license eligibility if applicable)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLP
- 1-2 years of LTAC, Acute Care Hospital, or Med-Surg experience preferred with recent experience required
- Pending license accepted
Additional Information
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted, with local rate applied within a 50-mile radius
- RTO must be requested and approved at time of submission; requests will not be approved after an offer is made
- Cannot request every holiday off
- Call-outs must be reported with more than 24 hours notice
