Job Details
- Position: Labor and Delivery (L&D) Nurse
- Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Kansas or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS (Basic Life Support), AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications in hand at time of submission, 2 years of experience preferred, experience with high-risk labor and delivery, and labor and postpartum procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with C-section, external fetal monitoring, assistance with high-risk deliveries, and postpartum care.
- Additional Responsibilities: Care of laboring patients including high-risk conditions like pre-eclampsia and diabetes, performing C-sections, managing fetal and maternal assessments, and providing breastfeeding support and discharge education.
- Schedule & Duration: Nights, flexible options of 36 or 48 hours weekly, from 09/23/2026 to 12/23/2026.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must have a valid license in hand and be able to start on the specified date.
