JOB REQUIREMENTS - Board: BC required (Certified)
- Licenses: Licensed in TX
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, ABLS
- Fellowship: Required
Duties & Responsibilities - Perform scheduled colonoscopies on a Mon-Fri schedule.
- Conduct inpatient consultations from the prior night and provide follow-up procedures in the GI lab as needed.
- Provide GI coverage during periods of provider vacation, CME, or scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with midlevel providers (NPs and PAs) for pre- and post-procedure patient workups.
- Manage complex GI patients in both clinic and GI lab settings, including endoscopic procedures.
