Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
- Prior successful travel nursing assignment experience required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA
- PALS and TNCC certifications required
- Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity ER setting
- Must meet pre-start compliance requirements and be cleared prior to the start date
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, efficient care to patients in a busy Emergency Department
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical need
- Support care in trauma, critical care, minor care, and rapid treatment workflows
- Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe patient outcomes
- Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changing conditions
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of clinical practice
- Adapt to dynamic patient volume and contribute to a positive team environment
