Job Summary
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) position is based in Bowling Green, KY. This role involves providing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures within a state-of-the-art Cath Lab suite. The position supports a skilled team in delivering high-quality patient care during complex cardiac procedures.
Job Details
- Position: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
- Location: Bowling Green, KY
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Certifications: Must have BLS and ACLS certifications; Techs must hold ARRT and RCIS certifications for Kentucky.
- Education & Experience: No minimum years of experience required, but relevant Cath Lab experience and travel experience are preferred.
- Procedures Performed: Diagnostic and interventional Cath Lab procedures including Left Heart Cath, Right Heart Cath, TEEs, Cardioversion, Pacer and Defibrillator Implants, TILT, Stress Tests.
- Additional Qualifications: Techs must have Cath Lab-specific experience with a minimum of 2 years performing similar procedures. All techs must have at least 1 year of Cath Lab travel experience.
- Schedule: Call required, with 1 weekend per month and 1-2 weekday shifts.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The facility features a new state-of-the-art Cath Lab as of March 2023, including new electrophysiology (EP) equipment, supporting advanced cardiac procedures.
