Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry RN Farmington, New Mexico. This position involves providing expert nursing care to postoperative surgical patients, including those with orthopedic, neuro, and abdominal surgeries. The role requires flexibility to float to related units and adherence to all policies and protocols within the healthcare organization.
Job Details
- Shift: Days; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: RN license, BLS certification, 0 years of experience, located within the United States, and available to start on 09/21/2026 through 12/21/2026
- Additional Information: Experience in post-operative patient care involving ortho/neurosurgical/abdominal surgeries, NG tubes, chest tubes, Foley catheters/turps, respiratory issues, diabetic patient care, sepsis, alcohol withdrawal, rib fractures, altered mental status, and pain management is preferred. The unit primarily serves adult patients aged 18-100+, with patient ratios not exceeding 1:6. Equipment includes IV pumps and VS monitors, using Cerner EHR system. Credentialing and compliance follow organizational policies.
