Job Details
- Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN); preferred acute care facility experience; required Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; required Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per health care organization policy; required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per health care organization policy; required AHA-Adult Critical Care Life Support (ACLS) certification or ARC-Advanced Life Support (ALS).
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient health data; analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues; develops care plans with prescribed interventions; implements and coordinates care delivery; evaluates progress towards outcomes; collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers; provides patient and family education; participates in discharge planning; delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members; performs other job-related duties as assigned.
