Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry data
- Perform IV insertion and PICC line management
- Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 months of Telemetry nursing experience
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license in hand at time of submission
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with PICC line insertion and maintenance
- Strong IV insertion skills in an acute care setting
