- Shift: 8-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
- On-Call: Required; call may be heavy
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,450 to $2,580
- Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing operating room needs
- Comfortable with on-call coverage and busy case volumes
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room
- Assist with a wide range of advanced surgical cases, including CABG, valve replacement, Bentall procedures, pulmonary embolism cases, and hybrid TAVR procedures
- Support thoracic and lung cases such as VATS/thoracotomy, lobectomy, decortication, and wedge biopsy
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR staff to ensure safe, efficient procedures
- Float to other operating room suites as needed to support patient care and case flow
- Participate in on-call coverage, including evenings and weekend rotations
