- 8-hr shifts: ~24 prebooked + 4 walk-in patients
- 9-hr shifts: ~28 prebooked + 4 walk-in patients
- Outpatient, office-based clinic setting
- Primary care -- pediatric, adult, and women's care
- All ages served, including pediatric population
- Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working patient population
- Office-based procedures required
