- 12-hour shifts -- days 8 am - 8 pm or nights 8 pm - 8 am
- 35 - 40 babies per day on average
- Level 3 NICU
- Pre-rounding on critical and IV fluid patients -- shared interdisciplinary rounds
- Intubation, central line, lumbar puncture, PAL, and PICC placement required
- High risk delivery attendance required -- no transport responsibilities
- NRP certification required
