Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- AZ license required
- BLS
- In-Patient Rehab, SNU and Acute Care experience required
- Cerner experience required
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800 - 1630
- Weekend requirements: 2 weekend requirements Sun-Thu or Tues - Sat.
- Floating: Will float to acute care as needed
