Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Professional certification required: PT
- Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
- Home health experience in physical therapy
Assignment Details
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- 40 hours per week across 5 days
- Weekend/on-call requirement: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Coverage area includes Arlington, Burleson, Mansfield, Desoto, Waxhachie, Cleburne, and Red Oak
- Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
- Productivity expectation: 30 points
- Dress code: Navy blue scrubs
