Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience
- California Physical Therapist license required
- Physical Therapist credential verification required to start
- Hep B required
- TB required
- Flu required
- Tdap required
Assignment Details
- 8-hour shifts
- Expected schedule of 40 hours per week
- Must be open to floating
