Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Active Maine state license required
- Valid driver's license, car, and auto insurance required
- Experience with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, other surgeries, fall risk, deconditioning, and mobility issues required
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 0800-1700
- Scheduled Monday through Friday
- Weekend rotation required: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday
- Holiday rotation required: 50% of holidays during the assignment
- Coverage required throughout Aroostook County
- Travel between patient visits may range from 50-100 miles per day
- Orientation is 1-2 weeks
