Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience, or 1 year of Physical Therapist experience in other settings post clinicals
- Experience using Raintree EMR
- Completion of three HealthStream modules pre-assignment
Assignment Details
- Schedule options include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10s
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Must be open to 2 evenings per week until 7:00 PM
- Productivity expectation is 55 to 63 patients per week, with treatments typically scheduled 2 per hour and evaluations scheduled for 1 hour
