Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with care plans
- Float to similar units as needed based on staffing requirements
- Complete a telemetry competency test during the first day of orientation
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- BLS certification (American Red Cross or American Heart Association) required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Telemetry experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech electronic health record system
- Familiarity with Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit workflows
