Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse position available in a healthcare facility. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, minimum of 0 years of clinical experience, and the ability to start on 08/20/2026 and end on 11/19/2026.
- Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of labor and delivery procedures and relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Additional responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, implementing direct care, and supervising staff. The nurse will report to the facility's Chief Nursing Officer and work closely with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Additional Information: The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
